Refund policy

How to return or exchange an item ?  

If you wish to Exchange or return an item, please inform within 2 days (48 hours) in either of the following ways:

1. An email with your order no. on fabrikase.co@gmail.com

2. Call/WhatsApp us with your return request & order no. on +9001147755

(We will respond only working hours Mon to Sat 11:00 am to 6:00 pm)

Our policy lasts 2 days from delivery. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Note: Please note that minor variations in color (up to 10%) may be seen due to different monitors and will not be treated as not as per description.
 
Note: Refunds will Only Be Made After We Have Received the Returned Shipment and Have Gone Through Quality Check

 Return and exchange Shipping Charges.
  1. 1. All returns & exchange requested for other than any quality defect like not being as per your taste/likes will levy a return shipping charge of Rs 120/-  (inclusive GST)  per product ( weight upto 500 grams ).
  2. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


Once we receive your exchange request, we will organize a Reverse Pickup. When the product is received and approved by our quality team, we will issue a refund equal to the amount of your purchase only. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable. This process can take anything between 7 to 15 days.
In case, our courier partner does not provide Reverse Pickup from your location, you will need to ship it back to us. Kindly send the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it.

NO RETURN ON SALE ITEMS 
Products purchased by you during our sale will not be liable to any return / refund.

 

Refund Policy

For Credit Card/debit Card/net Banking Transactions, the Money will Be Refunded Back to the Payment Mode/account That Was Originally Used to Make the Transaction. However, Shipping Charges Would Not Be Refunded Except Where a Product Was Received in a Damaged Condition and Was Verified and Authorized by FABRIKASE.
